  • The item is unused, in original condition, with all original packaging, labels, and accessories
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

Note: We do not accept returns for software, digital goods, opened headphones/earbuds (due to hygiene reasons), or items damaged due to customer misuse.

  4. Ship the item back to us or visit our store in Nugegoda or Papiliyana with the item and proof of purchase.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned product.
